1. Quality Guarantee

Every order undergoes in-house quality inspection at every production stage per AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards. We guarantee that all products meet the specifications and quality samples approved before production.

2. Inspection Before Shipment

Registered clients have exclusive online access to production progress and QC photo/video records. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) can be arranged at the buyer's expense upon request.

3. Claims & Returns

• Any quality discrepancy or shortage must be reported in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods, with supporting photos and documentation.
• Claims submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
• We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis and offer a reasonable solution — replacement, credit, or refund for the affected portion.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method or as mutually agreed. Shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.

5. Custom / OEM Orders

Custom-designed products (OEM/ODM) are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. We strongly recommend approving pre-production samples before bulk manufacturing.
