1. Shipping Terms

All wholesale orders are shipped FOB Qingdao, China unless otherwise agreed in writing. The buyer is responsible for freight, insurance, customs clearance, and any import duties at the destination country.

2. Shipping Methods

• Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) — Most cost-effective for bulk orders. Transit time varies by destination (typically 15–45 days).
• Air Freight — Available for urgent or sample orders. Higher cost, faster delivery (3–10 days).
• Courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx) — Recommended for samples and small quantity trial orders.

3. Lead Time

Production lead time is typically 30–45 days after deposit/payment confirmation, depending on order volume and material availability. Sample lead time varies — please inquire for current estimates.

4. Packaging

All products are packed in export-standard cartons with inner protection to prevent damage during transit. Custom packaging and labeling are available upon request (OEM/ODM).

5. Order Tracking

Registered clients receive shipping updates and documentation (Bill of Lading, packing list, commercial invoice) once the order is dispatched.
